Pakistan T20 team players will train at Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul from tomorrow i.e. Tuesday.
On Monday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) issued a press release saying that 29 players will participate in the fitness camp at Kakul Abbottabad.
The PCB said that this camp is organized in collaboration with Pakistan Army to prepare the players for upcoming series and tournaments including T20 International series against New Zealand, T20 series against Ireland and England and West Indies and USA. To prepare for the upcoming ICCT20 World Cup.
The camp will run from March 26 to April 8 with players reporting on Monday.
Recently retired players Muhammad Amir and Imad Wasim will also train in this camp.
Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, Fakhr Zaman, Sahibzada Farhan, Haseebullah, Saud Shakeel, Usman Khan, Mohammad Haris, Salman Ali Agha, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Irfan Khan Niazi, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Osama Mir, Muhammad Nawaz, Mehran Mumtaz, Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Abbas Afridi, Hasan Ali, Muhammad Ali, Zaman Khan, Muhammad Wasim Jr., Aamir Jamal, Haris Rauf and Muhammad Amir.
It should be noted that the five-match T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played from April 18.
The first three matches of the series will be played on April 18, 20 and 21 in Rawalpindi, while the last two matches will be played on April 25 and 27 in Lahore.
